It's okay for you guys to blacklist people who upload low quality things.
But, I also think it's okay for them to upload anything that is not wrong for this site.
And more, some people are just collecting these low quality things from other sites(not scanning by themselves).
If you really want high quality things, why not go and buy for your own and upload for people who wants them?
Just like I said, they will appreciate for that.

ps. not all of people like high quality,,, it's really slow for me to open a picture that is bigger than 2MB on my cellphone......

The problem isn't that they upload things in low quality and nobody ever likes it and we'd rather have nothing than bad uploads.
The problem is that if they have raws they're perfectly capable of taking two minutes to learn how to do it better, but never do.

You should always like high quality. You can have good quality and still have a file size smaller than 1MB and can always downscale from an HQ release if you need to reduce the size further.

I don't know you scan something before or not.
I scan a page of 0.5MB only need 10 sec but scan 2~3MB for each picture taking me a lot of time... (2~3min/per
I can totally understand some people are just lazy as hell...
But you know what...
You can just ask them to upload / update HD ver.
Not just... you know what I mean......

You know what's better than LQ scans? HQ Scans.

The point is samples or pixiv pics dont get auto 0.5 star, why LQ scan?
BTW, what do you mean NONE? @Saberia already said it takes much longer for high dpi scan, ps work also require a lot. did you ever scan sth?? or did you pay someone scan this for you?
Most of those LQ scans come from doujinathena, a site mainly target jp phone user. no matter he scan this by himself or find this on share or PD, cutting the size is good for his own profit.
He could resize this from HQ scans. he did all this with intention.
Anyway, this gallery's scan quailty is acceptable, there are plenty of worse ones, the star(is 4.29 by now) has proven it.

sorry, i just find you are a scaner too, i apologize for my tongue, but my opinion doesnt change.
you know those kind of scan needs to destory a book, the owner must know this too, he must save a HQ scan for collection.
However he only release the LQ scan, there are plenty of reason doing this.
LQ scan should not get 0.5 star, 1.5 or 2.5 is fine.

OK I don't know what scanner the guy from doujin antenna uses but for me it takes 10 secs to scan a page in 300dpi and the same 10 secs for 150dpi. Besides, time and effort are different things, even if it took him more time we go through the same motions.
