From the translation I read on the site, Ino seems to be in PC hell right now, and can't finish the work.

I'm not even sure Ino can even finish Otome Function anymore. He's been working on that game like since forever, he even mentions in his blog that Adobe is killing off Flash in 2020. Does he even have the time/motivation to port his current progress to another game engine?

Correction: Ino is not the one doing otome function. He's hired to do artwork there. The actual programming and the owner of that blog is Toru Itsuki.
