White: BD/SM. It makes sense.
Blue: Illusions/Mind control. Again, makes sense.

Blue = Mind Control for sure. Or maybe merfolk?

White: Angels? Maybe gangbang or bondage.

3rd card needs to be reformatted, what is a hall of corruption? and the 7th card is an artifact and not black?

Hmm, I wonder what maker it is, then. MSE does provide colourless, among plenty of other things like placeholders for the card's name. (Also, Tentacle Worshipper, the actual one, doesn't use a mana symbol for its effect.)

But what's going on with the reclass? Western makes more sense to me, why is imageset rated higher?

Nothing bugs me more in custom MTG cards than bad templating. It's like bad translation in doujinshi. Drives me absolutely mad. Brace yourselves for an epic and wholly unnecessary rant.

Tentacle corruption:
Missing "enchant <target>" and Aura subtype
Should use triggered ability templating and "enchanted creature" wording for second ability
Massively overcosted - three mana for a conditional +1/+1 to EOT is awful. Dropping to one mana.

Tentacle Corruption
B
Enchantment - Aura Corruption
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature is a Tentacle in addition to its other types
Whenever a Tentacle enters the battlefield, enchanted creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn

Tentacle Worshiper:
Cost reduction is templated as "<type> spells you cast cost {1} less to cast". "Creatures" wouldn't be capitalized anyways because it's a type and not a subtype
I might bump the P/T up a bit but 0/2 is playable

Hall of Corruption:
You typo'd the name, only figured out what it was by the second ability.
First ability should either use the colorless mana symbol, or should add black mana
Subtypes should be capitalized: "Tentacle or Corruption spells", "Tentacle creatures"
Card frame should be the land frame, not the spell frame
One colorless mana on a land is already bad - when it's conditional, the special ability needs to be something really awesome, and this just... isn't. I'd go with either more mana (a la Eldrazi Temple) or make the ability fucking badass, something like "3B, T: Gain control of creatures blocking or blocked by Tentacle creatures until the end of your next end step"

Green Creeper:
Never use colors in names that aren't the color of the spell.
Ability is correctly templated but kind of obsolete. Modern cards use "Whenever CARDNAME deals combat damage to a player".

All the Way Through:
"cannot" is always shortened to "can't".
Regeneration isn't printed anymore anyways... the rule changes made it really clunky, nowadays they just make it indestructible until end of turn.

Black Leech:
Skulk should get reminder text, since it's a block keyword not evergreen.

Birthing Tank:
Should use the artifact frame, not the black spell frame
Sacrifice should be part of the cost, not the effect
Ability is way overcosted. I'd do either {2} or the sacrifice, or make the token bigger, or make more of them
There's a new template for token creation, and you forgot to define a token color anyways

Birthing Tank
3
Artifact - Corruption
T, Sacrifice a creature: Create X 2/2 black Tentacle creature tokens, where X is the sacrificed creature's power

Ethereal Assaulter:
Minor template errors - "Whenever" should be one word, comma needed after "ability", and I think "they" might be "that creature" (but there's some templating changes with "they" happening in the next set so you might be accidentally right)
Underpowered. Needs either to be big enough to be worth playing, or flash, or to trigger on draw steps too.

General templating note:
Subtypes can only exist for certain types. "Corruption" can't be a creature type, enchantment type, and artifact type. This could be solved by using Tentacle as the creature type, and "Corruption" as the enchantment type, but that still doesn't help with sorceries or artifacts. I'd actually consider bringing back the deprecated type Tribal for this. So Tentacle Corruption would be "Tribal Enchantment - Tentacle Aura", Birthing Tank would be "Tribal Artifact - Tentacle" and let's go ahead and make All the Way Through a "Tribal Instant - Tentacle" so it gets cost-reduced by Worshiper.

General design note:
Consider doing two-color archetypes instead of mono-color for a better limited environment. Tentacles feels like a black/green thing, black being flavored as the more corrupting, mind-break type, and green as the pure beast ones. Furry could be R/G, maybe R/G/W... I think an Ixalan-style four-faction design (two two-color, two three-color) is worth investigating, or maybe some funky two-color mixed enemy/ally setup.
