@Medra: Sure, he's not obliged to release it but at that point why even bother posting the pictures? Just to hear people praise you? It's a mod we're talking ffs, not some original work that has been made from scratch. He can't claim any property over it. Mods are something that is (usually) made for being freely released, it's not surprising that people ask him for it.
