There is a very similar story I read quite a while ago. I think it might have been on this site. Husband couldn't get it going unless she cheated on him and she agreed to cheat on him. Unlike this doujin, she did it with more than one guy, however, but at some point she does it with an acquaintance ( don't remember if it was an ex or not ) just like in this chapter. I think he was a childhood friend. Suprisingly enough, he never manages to steal her away from her husband but it's very close to NTR. She sticks with her husband and the failed NTR character leaves in disgust, saying they're messed up in the head lol. The story continued after that character was gone but to be honest it never got any better and ultimately fell pretty flat IMO so maybe that's why I don't remember the artist or the title.
