Very few are actually unreadable and as long as they're not reuploads of higher quality galleries I don't see the problem. I have enjoyed quite a few doujinantena doijinshi that I likely never would have seen if someone hadn't uploaded them here.

If it really bothers you you can filter out uploaders so you never see their uploads in user settings...
