I dunno if it actually happens in Japan (and I couldn't find evidence of it from a quick googling), but it's pretty common, and not just in hentai. Remember that in SAO, Asuna was basically going to be legally wed with absolutely zero approval or even input needed from her (and no, "but she's unconscious" isn't a valid excuse). It's far from the most nonsensical plot line in hentai.

@-624-: Reading page 3 in the raw, it looks like there were some big debts involved, and some man from her father's company wanted her hand as repayment / collateral. Since it's unusual for employees to have more money than the owner, "my father's company" is more likely to be "the company my father works at" (in the original it's ambiguous) and so that individual might be a boss or the actual owner's son.

Thank you all for your comment. I believe that JukanX is right, it was rather ambiguous, but to my interpretation it was indeed an arranged marriage.
I am not a native english speaker but I do the best I can to provide translations.

The husband has a higher position that her father's, it is ambiguous whether the father owned the company or not, but either-the husband is either and elite in the company or has a higher position. She had no choice because Japan is big on familial duty and her saying no is a big fuck you to the family.

The lover and her are happy being together like this and she is happy having his child.

The husband seems to feel some sort of guilt as he thinks she regrets marrying him, none the wiser that he is basically a money machine.

We can make our own continuations or epilogues and my most favorite one reading from another commenter is that the child will know who the true father is and it would be an open secret between the child, mother, and lover.

Also, the lover's and the child have a mole on the same area on their face, talk about them strong genes.
