Game from which I took those CGs is somewhat similar to Village of Nightmare created by Jkank and Akunosu_Shouchou. I think that it was created by https://twitter.com/a156d66d though I'm not 100% sure, feel free to ask the man himself.
It's main theme is corruption. You play as a female knight who is at the very beginnig of the game transformed into a succubus and then goes on to corrupt nearby town it's surroundings and it's adventurer guild.
While this is one of the better corruption games I've played it seems like it's still not completely finished I think it's beta version (like ver.0.98) still it's completely playable you can clear it on 100% and find both various bad ends and true end.
*SPOILER for those who are not sure if they cleared it - You reach True End when you fully corrupt adventurer's guild and then with their help you defeat and corrupt adventurer's guildmistress who then as a succubus helps you defeat Miss Angel who appears to stop your rampage.*
I'm not too savvy in those hentai tags so I hope that you fine gentlemen will help me tag it. It's obviously corruption there are futanari demon girls dick growth and also a bit of femdom. Also one character turns from male to female so I guess TS? Though he is only fully shown as a female so you don't get to see how he looked before that.
It may be a bit hard to completely clear if you don't know moonrunes but do try your best as it gets particularly good in the latter part of the game (took me around 4 hours to clear it)

P.S. If you have problems with launching it then you probably have to install RPGmaker RTPs or try and tinker with applocale. I'm 98% sure that one of those will be the root of problem.
P.P.S. While this game is pretty awesome I found it by coincidence in the darkest pits of internet so If someone here ever finds the blog from which it originated post it here in comments kay? Also spread it on ULMF or some other forums so more people can enoy it.
P.P.P.S. Does anyone here know translators (jp->en) capable of translating RPGmakers games?

I'm not capable of translating very well at all (I can only read the katakana/hiragana), but I can proofread and I know the technical aspects of translating RPG Maker games (like how to extract the game scripts, edit them, re-insert them, and so on).

She asks you to get a drug for recipe. Talk to a man in a house in the same map where the alchemist's house is.
It's the first house on the left of the road when you enter that map, with a shape of 「，and has 2 doors (which lead to different rooms)

@waterlas - what do I do after I talk to him. That's actually where I am stuck because he said I have to go on a journey to find something or another. I couldn't go back and review what he said I had to do next. Any help would be awesome. He says something about daimon hormone with the mountain thief but have no idea what he means. Basically the elven suger is the drug the alchemist wants to add to the recipe.
the mountain thieves has the man's inventory of suger somehow i cannot remember, and he ask you to reclaim it for him
go to the mountain thieves location, check a locked door and talk to the soldiers there for key
