Like some have said, im actually more interested in the story now than the artwork itself, I found myself kind of dreading it cause furry stuff isn't usually my thing but sonic was a favorite of mine and his world captured my attention as a kid so seeing this kind of piqued my curiosity.

@Starflight It is not pussying out. I'm doing what I stated I would do - I don't take action to take down galleries containing the leaked content, including this time. I however do my best attempt, on my own side, to not have them leaked in the first place. If they get leaked, that means my defenses weren't strong, and I leave it at that. I do this to respect the support of my patrons and try to not make it unfair to them. I want to give them something special for helping me out. Cowardice has little to do with it, especially compared to all the nameless anons that shit on me and my art (when they simultaneously read and share it with others) when all I try to is to talk to them. Just because I don't take direct action to take this out, it doesn't mean I am happy about it being leaked - I can't believe nobody can understand this fairly easy logic. I don't report it because it doesn't matter anymore, it's available for free now and it is going to be reposted elsewhere. No point. Doesn't mean I'm happy.

I'm glad my shitty drawings are desired on the internet like this, but literally fuck you for interpreting my anti-pirate actions to demean me as a whole, calling me a pussy or greedy or hypocritical, RIGHT AFTER experiencing my newest content to the brim. I guess it's easy to interpret anything an artist can do so you can assume they're a bad person to morally justify the piracy of their content. Hell, to the point that you can call it funny. Having my stuff leaked is one thing; but having it leaked, read, enjoyed and then getting shit-talked about what a pussy I am is another.

There is another piracy-deterrent solution to all these and that's ceasing to continue this comic, which I don't want to do right now. At least say fucking thanks after you read what I made for people.

Gonna be honest, if you're gonna upload someone like this without artist consent, at least link their accounts and stay a couple pages/ a week or two behind.
There should really be some sort of guidelines for uploading paid stuff without artist consent. The last thing we need is for awesome artists like Cuisine to give up because some asshat filched their most recent work without real credit then called them a pussy, alright?
Surely we're more fuckin' civilized than that.

@CuisineSonic I know its not exactly what you might want to hear but have you considered doing by things by commission instead so that if things are leaked you were already paid and it is no longer an issue. Alot of artist release comics like this to show off their art style and writing and once this one is complete there would be enough people seeing and enjoying this to pay for/support various pictures and comics. its always been a problem that paid content is leaked so looking for work around seem to be a better option in this day and age than trying to take down galleries and torrents like an internet version of wack a mole.

Im not saying you have to of coarse but Ive seen plenty of artists use patreon to vote for ideas to develope or work on commissions for what they would like to seen drawn.

Now that, that's out of the way good job developing characters. Its more life than you see in alot of comixxx

@locomono9 Well, there are multiple answers to that. First off, that's already a plan. After this very comic ends, I will focus more on personalized commissions through my Patreon - limited with slots. However, I don't see Patreon as a good medium to boost commissions. People are automatically made to lock into slots monthly and a lot of commissioners don't want to dedicate to monthly works like that, which does dampen the interest a quite bit. That however still would be the best option for me, as I don't live in a place where I have access to PayPal. My country's local bank accounts are exempted from the global use of PayPal. As a lot of people mainly only use PayPal, I'm mostly out of luck when it comes to getting paid by majority of community members.

There is also the fact that I much prefer doing stuff that a lot more people can enjoy, but the leaking of it is a pretty big disadvantage I must say. Honestly, like @Sylvrwolflol said, a truce period of two weeks or whatever would be all I could ask for, which also would make my patrons a lot more happier. However at this point I am basically spite-leaked and @magarey doesn't seem like an agreeable, negotiatable person at all. Otherwise, I really like the fact that people seem to dig my stuff. The numbers on this gallery is amazing and I can't believe it garners this much attention. I just wish there was a small disadvantage to read this comic on e-hentai so people could perhaps consider coming over to my Patreon for more extras.

I have to agree with Metal Sonic on this. This new female version isn't the real Sonic at all. She seems totally overcome with the need to be some kind of sex object. Metal could actually 'defeat' her by forcing her into a sexual situation and dominating her... she wouldn't even put up a fight past the first few minutes of it

The only things marking her as a 'hero' is her willingness to toss herself into combat situations like the former Sonic used to, and sadly the only thing saving her from failure is a series of porn comic coincidences. For example being thrown into a room full of other people who could then be influenced to help her out, rather than, say, a meat grinder. :P Even if Metal Sonic was so unimpressed with this new female version, why would he risk an escape when he could literally have eradicated the source of his own frustrations... something he's well known for doing, and emotionless enough to go through with without pause?

I know it's all for the porn in the end, but I can't help but think things would have gone a lot differently if they were a little closer to canon.

I think that is precisely why Metal Sonic is doing this, because this isn't the Sonic he is supposed to surpass. He can't fulfill his programing, because Sonic as he knew him no longer exists. So Sonic's actions frustrate him, but killing him would guarantee that the old Sonic would never come back. He can't prove that he is better than Sonic if Sonic dies before truly being Sonic again. If he thought of her as the real Sonic, he probably would kill her off, but she acts too different since the change.

I've dedicated my entire day today to establishing a conversation with all my Patrons and give them relevant information regarding this plugin that I opted to use. I'm answering all their worries and all their concerns as I know, FAF was an intrusive idiot that cared little about sensitive information. The plug-in I'm using does not delve in such information and has nothing to do with FAF. Even then, I asked them what should I do, and I have the sense that you do know all about that already as you're lurking my Discord. You know that I gave them the decision for it. You know that I let them know if there are any risks associated. You know that I let them know of FAF when a lot of them didn't know anything about it.

Then why am I doing this? Like @Sylvrwolflol suggested as I demanded, I want the truce period. I find it unfair for my Patrons to be guinea pigs for funding what I do for them as rewards, just so 10k people can view it, as I am given absolutely no way to make things any special for them for their help. Not even an early-access period. The last page was up just the next day. You did not care. Your constant spite forced my hand to initiate this. And your tone and mannerism behind making me seem like the bad, unreliable person and deter anyone from supporting me is simply pushing it.

It's clear that you would rather have me not draw anything to support my own life if you can't share it without paying any heed to my wishes of just waiting for one single week before you update this gallery: The lifted off gallery full of my works that I don't report.

Here's an amazing thought. How about actually doing the truce period yourself, as in using an early access model, instead of relying on leakers to do it for you? It's all because of your needless desire to paywall that this shit is even happening and you know it. Your FA barely gets any activity now when you said you'd still post regularly for them. Are your non-patrons just not good enough for you anymore?

Also, you're a paywaller on a pro-piracy site. What made you think that you would actually be treated any more similarly as a god here than you would be on Patreon? If you're that fucking sensitive to negativity and had any sense, you would have left this site alone after the responses you got in the Unbreakable Bond gallery, yet you return here expecting a different result. That's your own fault.

On top of all of this, you have over 200 patrons dishing out nearly a thousand dollars. Why are you so concerned about piracy that you have to go out of your way to make yourself miserable by coming to pits like this? Money is no concern to you. You have the support. Assuming that your patrons care about piracy is just you false-flagging in order to get pity points from them. They wouldn't give it a second thought if you would stop bringing it up.

@Starflight. Alright, I'll abide by this manner of constant questioning of my own works just so it lends you a clear answer.

I don't rely on the leakers - I accept that they'll do it no matter what. There is a distinction between myself declaring "It is going to be early access" or never declaring as such. For the past 3 months I've given 2 pages a week nearly every week, and this month it's only 1 page every week (as I work on another comic alongside this). This isn't some game for me or a leisure, cushy box that I throw drawings at and get cash in return: I've promised people to have a content out every single week and that comes with its responsibilities. All the details about the paywall, its affordability and its sheer existence, relies on the fact that I find it apt for people to get a high volume of content in every single month. I'm not going to skimp on my words: Of course there is a monetary benefit to that, but not as a means of getting more and more money, but keeping it stable so I can project my own living. To do that, I have to make the delivery of my content stable and I have to put effort into it. If I have galls and face to ask for constant monthly support, I should give constantly updated content in return.

Well, I am doing that, and to me, 4 to 7 pages a month for the price of a Chipotle every month is fair and understandable. Without this stability, I find it hard for my own stamina to consistently deliver this content as promised. This is just an incentive mentality and it makes me able to work and constrain my motivations, now that I know there are people whom I OWE new comic pages and I should give it to them, as it would be my responsibility. This is how everything works, from more legitimized jobs to how to train your pet. This gallery here may not destroy such incentives in me as I still owe the comic pages to those who pledge to me, but I want them to know that I'm thankful for their support - yet this treatment makes me unable to show it.

You can say commissions, you can say other ways to show it - But there is no better way to satisfy 200+ people than to make a comic like this.

It is always hard to satisfy every single facet of a divided community and I try my best to satisfy all of them. I've always updated my FurAffinity once a month (there has been times I had to take nearly half-year-long hiatuses due to monetary imbalance or IRL worries - and now updating there has been much more consistent than ever before due to Patreon) and I constantly try to update my Tumblr as well. My non-patrons will never dwindle in priority, and I'm always trying to make more time to do more Ask Blog sessions as well. Again, you know this, so please don't interrogate me about stuff you already know the answer of. The only truly paywalled content is this comic and its prequel, as they're DESIGNED to be rewards for my patrons to get me out of a tight situation. Nothing else. Just these, and I've declared that time and time again - the existence of anything I do relies on this, as the stability enables me to do other things to share with others. I might have driven myself to a bottleneck where I don't have enough to share with non-patrons lately, but it's because it's all in the production stage. I have started a new comic when I'm in the middle of this one and that's why: That comic is DESIGNED to be early access!

Not only the whole "this is our turf so what did you expect" argument is stupid and childish, it's wrong too. I have secured truce deals with other pro-piracy sites. A couple even came to ME first. Just the biggest handful have proven themselves to have really, really negligent and overbearingly intrusive userbases. Some sites only follow suit after seeing how low the others go and still find something resembling a leg to stand on, so why shouldn't they do it themselves as well? That's the atmosphere created around these parts and I find it all to be controlled.

Like I said, I am concerned that my patrons feel ineffective in supporting me and their support is left thankless. What you call "pity-points" is what I call due fucking diligence. Of course I ask them about their opinions on an issue that might have lasting affects on the content they're getting, like PR or hindrance in accessing content or whatever you name it. And yeah, some of them even expressed that they like the privatization of the content because it's something to be attained. They ARE the ones to notify me when the next page pops up here hours after its release. Sometimes even Tumblr users, who don't even pledge to me. Some care about this: Some do care that they're getting something in return and I don't want to bow down to how you normalize of the ridicule of this concept every single time. Those who want to still support me no matter what? Well, they don't like your sass, and they don't like that I have to be the one to tread carefully around you, only because I'm the one creating things and you're the one spitefully disassembling things.

I don't care that I'm being constantly asked my productivity reports from strangers just because they want to keep their righteousness in doing things directly against my wishes. I have a responsibility to my patrons and this gallery is full of content that shows how I fulfill this responsibility. That's, still, far from the only thing I do, but I understand: Misrepresenting artists is now the motto around these parts.

That's a lot of heavy editing and censoring for something that isn't paywalled content. Admit it, you did that out of spite.

You're not the first artist to fight piracy. Some have won, others have lost and maybe you're one of those who've won with this steganography blackmail. But, do you know why a lot of them who know their work is being pirated don't do anything about it? It's not because they don't want to or think they won't win. It's because that, at the end of the day, it doesn't. Fucking. MATTER.

Ask yourself this: don't you think your current patron count would be a lot smaller right now after all the times you've brought up your work being leaked on pirate sites? Don't you think that a good portion of these patrons would have jumped ship by now to view your work without paying a single penny? The fact of the matter is is that you're scared. You're scared that your patrons aren't as loyal as you think they are, so the only way to guarantee their loyalty is to resort to typical paywalling (I would like to note here that you're not even trying to hide the fact that you're paywalling, which is humorous). There are PLENTY of ways to keep them happy other than your comics, you just don't want to try.

To reiterate my point, piracy plays such a small factor in affecting artist income, it's just not worth fighting it. You mention your work being leaked outside of Patreon, yet the numbers show that your patrons don't care, regardless of what they say to you about it. They're supporting you either way and aren't going elsewhere to view it.

But, go ahead. Fight the needless fight. The rest of this comic will undoubtedly be leaked once it's finished, you'll ban the leaker, and another will take their place for the next comic. All you've done up to this point is create enemies when you could have just minded your own business and ignored all the name-calling like any real adult would.

And, for the record, I'm not lurking your paywalled Discord, but I wish to God I was so I could find out what scummy plug-in you're using. I hope whatever leakers that are in there were paying attention.

If I were, I wouldn't be initiating Stego, it's too risky due to all the stigmas of people and how it's directly associated to the asshole FAF (even though the plug-in I'm using is directly integrated with Patreon's own system that does not get any offending, intrusive information). I wouldn't be here, it's clearly bad PR. I wouldn't do anything that I'm doing, even starting to make this fucking comic. I'm not herding sheep in my Patreon, I'm not building my own white-knights. Their "loyalty" isn't my concern, their friendship is. And we have established a form of trust between us. Either they can afford to support me then, or maybe they tell me they can't for the time being. You know what I do? I give them the fucking pages anyway. They're always welcome to stay in Discord. I talk to them. Because this is never about "loyalty", this is the reality of human life and a lot of people will try to maximize their incomes and spendings for the betterment of their lives. Just because I think like this, it doesn't mean I believe there should not be any lines in the sand: My line in the sand is 5$ a month for 4-7 pages a month. You can't pay it? You still want it? Well. Come to me, and hope to see you support later on. I never said anything against this. But it's something I'd describe as a favor. It is lenient, it is perhaps technically an early-access system that doesn't want to be an early-access system. I still think I get to at least decide on a minimum to attain this. It's 5 bucks. I'm not "scared to hide" I'm paywalling shit: Because there is nothing wrong with paywalling shit as long as the value and effort checks out with its affordability, and you will not be the one to normalize any other definition of it.

Stop drawing your own conclusions about piracy's effects on my Patreon numbers, also. I have the charts, I have the exit surveys, and I know when I did my own marketing efforts in different Discord servers that had direct significant raise effect right after when I did them.

That being said, I'm not scared to lose income due to piracy. I want to protect my value for my patrons. If I can't make enough from Patreon, I'll stop and look for something else. That's something I've done for a long, long time. Right now, I make enough. I just don't want my earnings to jitter because I am paying fucking student debts. So I put up an incentive.

It's not worth fighting against piracy. It's worth fighting whenever you feel justified to push your limits more and more. Never did you leak my stuff within 2 days before but you're doing it now. Never did you shit on me, my work, call me a fucking asshole and a data-leaker while being up-in-arms about reading whatever I released as immediately as possible.
