Page 2:
With the spell complete, Lucy and Erza have a whole new outlook on things. They're ready to dutifully serve their new owner and ensure he is at peak satisfaction at all times. Their smiles might only be painted on, but they're delighted to have become the chubby retro housewife bots their new hubby prefers.
Page 3:
Months later, we see the two Housewifebots using all their inbuilt features to please and serve their owner/hubby. Between them, Lucy and Erza provide among other things: cleanliness; hearty meals; relaxing music, and as evidenced by Erza's replaceable faceplate; stress relief.
Page 4:
With Lucy's grill boobs fired up and Erza's onahole face attached; the two former Fairy Tail mages turned robots eagerly and cheerily satiate their darling owner's appetites.
Final Page:
Struggling to pay the electricity bills of running two housewifebots, Lucy and Erza's owner comes up with a solution where everyone's a winner. And all it took was an afternoon with a wrench and a blowtorch.

Now he has an upgraded robot with the twice the functionality, a kickass new speaker system and a novelty paint bucket, which the happy housewifebot used to give herself a new paint job.

As a person with the fetish, this isn't really the way to do with it. First off, there is no fully-normal scene. You always show the victims pre-TF in a traditional fetish art. That gives us a starting point. Second, you only have a single mid-TF frame. You can be a lot more creative. There are ways to play around with the medium to make the viewer feel a certain way. As the rest of the audience has reacted as of typing this, the response you have invoked is more that of a turn-off. It can be improved if you do have a passion for this format.

Third, you have the after-TFs in a lot of scenes that just aren't... pleasing. Some are a little confusing. Also, I can detect a little bit of brainwashing, the bots look nothing like their former selves, you may have bimbofication (which isn't bad to some audiences)...

To sum things up, you have a lot going on in these scenes. Maybe a bit too much. Erza seems to be the more successful of the two transformations if you want something to go off of but just barely. Cylindrical grill-breasts just aren't sexy. I don't know if you were trying for a "Lucy is best grill" pun and if you were, it's laid on a bit TOO thick.

On the plus side you have basic shapes down and can make 2d characters look 3D. Now go a step further. Make the end product look remotely like the start, and you get sex androids. Remove the mind break fetish. Leaving their consciousnesses actually creates for more lively reaction - you can break their minds after they become robots with easy programming. Maybe they willingly wanted to go for it? There's not enough backstory.

It's amateur at best, but not a total loss. Think of it as animation. Start with the end extremes, then draw the halfway point (what parts of the body make the 50% is up to you). Draw a couple of in-bewteen scenes to show how the transformation went down, and if you include a third character this interesting, you should draw them in the actions prior to the transformation. Make it make sense, and give it a story with feeling. NEVER USE STRAIGHT LINES ON BREASTS.
