Yeah, you can't delete public galleries yourself as uploader, so I guess petitioning is the only way.

Malorne is not the owner of the work, only the copyright owner (usually the artist) gets to ask for a work to be taken down, and even then, only after a proper takedown request.

Do not petition to expunge as it has not broken any rule, false expunge requests will only lead to the expunge being reverted, and potentially the banning of anybody trying to expunge illegitimately.

@Tazerx, No, removing the images won't work either, the gallery would simply be reverted to the previous version.

Again, it is not Malornes work, it is the artists, if the artist, presuming they are the rights owner, wants it removing then they can request it. Translators have no claim on who gets to upload or not, nor does anyone else, uploader or otherwise get to remove it.

@rnchz Even though I didn't read the thread and uploaded it and I'm responsible for that and I wouldn't have uploaded it had I read that, I'd like to say that I can't think of a single reason why Malorne doesn't want this uploaded on a gallery site, He needs to get over that if he's going to upload stuff to the internet in ANY capacity. Having to rely on a thread that'll expire on a niche fetish site that constantly has it's download links nuked isn't very effective.

Haha, all this drama from me not reading. I get what you're saying too but it's nothing to do with copyright etc, the translation and the time/effort was Malorne's and I'd respect his wishes by deleting it if it let me.

The problem isn’t so much the translators as it is tassels. These are taken from the artists enty (patreon type) and they’re really big on translations not being circulated. The translators beef is more because he doesn’t want tassel to suddenly stop uploading or chucking a fit if he found out while still being able to allow english readers to understand what the comic story context is about.

Japanese artists have quit posting before because we pirate their stuff and they check places like this. We just don’t want to lose tassel.

Ignoring the whole debate about scanlating, translating, whether they get more sales from english populations reading their work, whatever, etc, they can request to take it down. If any JP artist wants to chuck a fit and shit their pants and stop making art because they might have to deal with something that most artists in the modern world do regardless of their nationality, that is their perogative

I can't delete individual files from the gallery or the gallery, sorry this happened, it seems someone in the bbwchan thread this game from snitched to Malorne and he's now holding his end of not translating anymore paid works.
I'm personally 50-50 on what's happened, I think it's best to post something that's been translated in as many places as possible as it's a lot of time/effort on the viewers part to get weight gain/stuffing manga translations as well as a lot of effort from people like malorne.

the other 50% see's the point that maybe the original creator will stop posting however I have never seen that happen in over 16 years of viewing this type of pornography. I've seen recently Western patreon posters take drastic measures but never foreigners or people who posted free content.
