As near as I can tell, they both use the same host as Pseudo-Servant. What is funny is that Eres is loosely based on Rin from Fate/Extra (in Extra, "Rin" is an avatar, by the end of the game you see the person whom was using "Rin". She is a distant relative of the Tohsaka clan and blonde for starters) despite using the host of FSN's Rin for her summoning like her sister.
Honestly the rules for what Pseudo-Servants can and can't do are rather fast and loose, because normally Divine spirits (God[ness] and the like) are normally not able to be summoned by the Throne of Heroes. Most that are have some human heritage, like Hercules or Gilgamesh (Demi-gods). Pseudo-Servants get around this by using the host as an anchor, but they risk the host in doing so and don't have access to all of their vast power. Ironically, the Pseudo-Servants that are possessed by some Divine spirits are all related to the Tohsaka clan by brith... Eres and Ishtar both use Rin, Parvati happens to be using Sakura Matou in this manner (which is why Medusa is furious about it).
