IIRC se was killed by OP skeleton, but her corpse was stolen by unknown people. no more news about her even in the latest volume of the LN that came out in april.

Her sadistic and cruel personality is what made many dislike her. She's definitely hot, sexy, and good for a fuck, but is not the type of person one would want to fall asleep next to after the deed is done. Otherwise you might wake up to find your eyes gouged out, your tongue cut off, genitalia mangled, and a host of other depraved and sadistic things done to you as she slowly kills you.

@SuperGenericAnon: No. It is mentioned that due to an oversight, Ainz and co. didn't get rid of the body and it disappeared, and there was a lot of speculations early on about how it was probably taken by the Theocracy, and in case she would be resurrected by them, her being aware of the fact that Ainz and Momon are the same person might come back to bite him in the tailbone. However, it has been years now in story, and resurrection magic needs to be performed ASAP, as the only one they have access to is 4th tier, and that doesn't really work on decomposed bodies.

Still, if Maruyama REALLY wanted to use her as a twist, he could still say that she was taken and resurrected right after, and the Theocracy had kept her hidden all this time while waiting for the right opportunity to use her against the Sorcerous Kingdom (as it is reliant on the citizens thinking that Momon acts as a conscience to Ainz), but I personally doubt she would come back. When you consider how many "antagonists" got killed in the series so far with no resurrection, it's not likely she would be the first to break the mold.

I've been playing a bit of D&D in the last few months, and I can confirm that Gentle Repose, a spell that stops a body's decay for a day, is lower than a 4th level spell. They could have taken the body and had someone cast Gentle Repose on it during transportation.

If they mess around with triggered death on interrogation like they do on the Black Scripture, then I think it's plausible that they have a recovery squad with someone that can keep corpses fresh until their resurrection person can get around to it.
