It's his first time making a doujin, and it seems like he just went with a nonsensical story to drive the action. It seems like he wants to shoot for one of these monthly/bi-monthly.

Lori randomly being a stalker rapist to some no name bald guy is all kinds of weird, since she has like 4 canonical male characters you could easily do a straight sex story with and they'd all be less contrived than this ended up being.

I'm not going to be nagging on the English dialogue, since the author's Bolivian.

Still love jcm2's art though. Defenitely among my favorite Loud House artists!
