This story intrigues me for several reasons.

Starting with the art, the story progresses in still images rather than created in a clear manga/comic style. This presents the main character and their biological changes as the main focus, although it doesn't allow all of the same storytelling/action elements that are found in traditional manga/comic styles. However, I believe the journal-entry narration works and the still images are like the illustrations that sum up each journal entry. The nice quality of the art is also a thumbs up.

The real meat of the story though is the concept. Body modification on a character is nothing new. Neither is gender bending, and there have been stories, if fewer than most other genres, that feature two people/souls sharing one body. These concepts are also brought together in stories in some form or fashion, but I can't remember any that have all three together to make up the story and these aspects being the driving force of the storytelling.

I really like this element, as there is internal and external struggle in the main character. We know from implication and narration that the main character was once a male and is a brother to the antagonist, his sister. However, it seems that both share the same body, meaning the sister somehow possessed her brother, which makes the question of how, when, and why this happened. There is also the stakes of what would happen should the sister fully take over or if someone sees the main character in their naked changed form.

The use of hormones to make sense of the biological changes is a nice touch, as it brings a sense of creative realism. I'm rather curious to see what happens next.
