I've watched a few episodes of this toon, and learned a couple of things:
1. Amanda Waller is the Principal of this 'school'
2. Gorilla Grodd is the Vice Principal

So I had two thoughts, one 'serious' and one 'Giggity' ^_^

The 'serious' one is that, since this 'school' also has teenage members of characters that are adult in the 'real world', as well as some that are villains, this is really a 'Boys from Brazil' type place, where she has cloned various meta-humans and is growing them and training them in her own private 'academy'.

The other 'serious' thought is that, when she used her 'Suicide Squad' connections to get Gorilla Grodd to be Vice Principal, the first thing he said is "NO! I'll kill anyone you want, mind control them and make them slaves to your will, but, for the Love of GOD, don't put me in charge of a bunch of meta-human teenage girls, who can barely control their powers!! When they hit 'that time', and all synch up, there will be nothing but a crater where that school used to be!!"

The 'giggity' thought was: A intelligent gorilla with mind control powers, and a known preference for human females, is put in charge of an all girl school, some of whom are teenage versions of super-heroines that have defeated them in the past.... how in any way could this go horribly wrong? ^_^
