I don't. I use it to get an initial idea of what the text is supposed to mean, but then do a ton of checking elsewhere to figure out the proper context and meaning of the text. It's basically a drawing board sort of thing (and it is always wrong when it comes to slang or any sort of odd character usage for the sake of character tone) I can use to piece together a bigger picture.

I have seen a few straight up machine translations on here, but their dead give away is always unnatural grammar, thanks to how Japanese sentences can structure words or handle subjects. If the base script isn't re-written so it reads properly to a native English speaker, then it's a poor translation.

Some of my earlier translations did have some stilted flow issues since I was figuring stuff out and didn't recognize a lot of slang, so I'm looking back at them to decide what needs another go around. I feel I'm better handling this now (though sound words are still tricky because I try to visualize those in my head like they'd sound in an anime, and a lot of those sounds don't have good English counterparts).
