Translation's wrong, at least on page 15. 'From the window in that guy's room ... he saw my curtain closed and my lights out.' Original doesn't say 'from the window' or mention lights out. Roughly, it should be:

'The window - oh, I'm talking about his room - the curtain was closed.'

Then the 'In short, turns out we were done' bit should instead be:

'I just (felt like) (assumed) I'd been rejected.'

The way she says it is kind of a... 'I jumped to conclusions'. 'Arbitrarily' would be right, definition-wise, but doesn't exactly match the voice, so... anyway, I ain't putting any more effort into translating that. At least until I know how it ends after all this messy cheating nonsense. Oh, and series isn't done, despite large gap between releases. Latest one from Anthurium 2018-12 definitely said 'to be continued'.

Well it's not that "wrong" wrong as the essence is kinda there, it's adjusted to account for spacing and stuff. Compromises of typesetting. The translation wasn't too far off from yours in the script stage. But in keeping the font size the same, the text didn't fit or looked cramped or a bit too empty in the word balloons, so I rephrased the sentences a bit. Anyway, I apologize. If or when this comes out in tank form, I hope to typeset it, so I'll keep your points in mind. Especially the "jumping to conclusions" part. But that could be farily covered by changing "turns out" to "it seems", etc.

Nah, don't apologise, I'm not having a go at you. Layout's gotta be a pain the arse. But to clarify, I guess, the text she receives is him asking after her because he's just seen her window. But when she's telling her buddy on page 15, she's talking about when she saw *his* window, not what he was seeing from it. All her perspective, no one else's. That's what I meant by wrong. It's just there's a lot of subtlety going on there, and I don't know how much was lost in the translation.

Here, it sounds like she's accepted that their not-relationship is over. In the original, it seems more like she's cheered up and started feeling hopeful after he texted her. But until the whole thing is done, I'm not particularly confident about my read on which way the plot will actually go.

Ah, geez, I really like most of Ikuhana Niro's work, so I went and put more effort in even when I said I wouldn't...
