In the afterword, the author talks about how he always wanted to draw Reika servicing and fucking a bunch of other people during the orginal serialization, but he couldn't figure out a way to do it without turning it into NTR. That, and Reika's characterization where she's completely devoted to the MC so it wouldn't really make any sense. It's something he regrets not being able to do.

He was at an acquaintance's doing a photo shoot for the Reika figurine that just got released when he came up with the idea of doing a spin-off doujinshi where the figurine comes to life and this Reika doppleganger can then fuck whoever without it affecting the original story.

He's open to doing more doujinshi like this depending on feedback.
