Per the developer, as part of the latest game update on Steam:

"Regarding the missing folder in the Cosplay album, the photoshoot for Vivian's cosplay is delayed but it will be there. We are really sorry for unable to deliever the content on time, but we will do our best to complete the cosplay album content soon as we can."

The name of this cosplayer is 8momoko葵葵, which doesn't match with the name of the original cosplayer that was supposed to be in the initial cosplay album (是你暮歌歌啊). I couldn't find any of her photos regarding this cosplay on the internet, so we'll have to make due with these photos from the cosplayer most recently selected by the game developers.
