This book sold on Mandarake for an incredibly high price, read below for details. Also, the seller provided scans of most of the pages of the book as well. I upscaled the samples with waifu2x, cropped them, and reordered them, which was possible due to the bleeding through of the drawn lines. I did not attempt to reduce or remove this bleed through since viewers can see the drawings on some pages which were not part of the scans included as samples on the auction and can also follow the progression of the pages from the beginning of the book to its end. Two of the pages were only available through a very low resolution image which contained a montage of the other scans which were provided in much higher quality. Since this book is incredibly rare and expensive, these auction samples are probably the best anyone will ever see of this book, unless Azuma Hideo copied it and reprinted it or will reprint it in future days.

I do not have this book and will never own it, unless it was copied and reprinted, of which I do not believe is so. This book is a collection of hand drawn pages stapled together and, as such, is not printed and has a quantity of exactly one.

On 20 July 2016, this book sold for 17,000,000 yen on Mandarake Auctions, making it the most expensive doujinshi, if it can even be called such, that I know of. On this same day, acording to x-rates.com, one US dollar was equivalent to 112.89 Japanese Yen. By this conversion, the book sold for $150,589.07.

Nearly all of the pages of this book were made available by the seller of the auction. Pages 2 and 3, the ones immediately subsequent to the front cover, can be seen well from the front page due to bleed through. Only two pages cannot be seen well, but also can partly be seen due to bleed through. The seller mentions that this book has 36 pages which seems accurate based on a very careful checking of pages one-by-one. No pages which can be seen indicate a circle or a date, although the front cover has clearly Azuma Hideo's signature and avatar. According to the said auction, Azuma made this book around the year 2000. The inclusion of some parodies of Card Captor Sakura imply that this book cannot predate the publication of the series, which I believe first appeared in 1996, the year that the manga was released.
