I understand where you're coming from with the "futas are still females" perspective, but tags aren't about gender identity or the nature of futanari, tags are so people who wanna fiddle the diddle can find stuff they're into. If you're looking for futa on futa, futa on female, or anything that contains futa, there are plenty of tags for that. "Females only" is a tag that exists pretty much exclusively for the people who don't want to see dicks of any kind, since the only other way to do that is to exclude every single tag that starts with "male" and everything referring to futas/dickgirls, which just isn't feasible.
