Based on the title, the older brother inherited the hot spring inn, his wife is a russian girl. The younger brother wanted the hot spring inn. So the younger brother fuck the older brother's wife.

Older brother Kouji got the inheritance for the family onsen business, started looking down on his little brother Tatsuya and forcing him to go find a job outside. Meanwhile, he proposed and got married to a regular customer of the onsen (Yuria) whom Tatsuya had been having the hot for.

They later found out that Kouji had been having an affair too. And at the end they kinda revealed their own relationship to him while hinting that they were aware of Kouji's affair. It's implied that they either moved out and got remarried since Tatsuya had found a job or kept the status quo by holding Kouji's affair against him.
