If this were a regular NTR story, this would qualify as being one told entirely from the female POV. However, like tooshyforthis says, they aren't dating, the baseball player doesn't know and nor does he really lose anything. Plus, the stakes are low for all involved (but, then, I rarely come across a blackmail NTR where the blackmail material seems really important).
