In other Akahira Kirin doujinshis, 美 has always been transladed as "Bi", but I should mention that, in page 5, the author uses the English title "COCOON Vol. 6".

It's possible that the other stories are parodies, but, if so, I don't recognize them. The Macross 7 material is at pages 39-49. The story features the "Flower Girl", that is always trying to deliver flowers to Nekki Basara in Macross 7. See http://macross.wikia.com/wiki/Flower_Girl for more info.
