This is the 2015 issue of the "National Defense Report" of the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Not sure how it found its way here, and not sure if it belongs here... But it's surely interesting to see weird stuffs like that once in a while.

这跟看到旗子就生气没关系，是这种政治内容下必然会吵起来，虽然目前为止两岸绅士还在保持克制，但是以前eh上什么Taiwanese语言什么加天灭共产党的水印之类的事哪一件不是吵到不可开交进而干扰尻枪氛围的

我觉得内容还好的啊！就算中肯的呀，关于说TG是台湾威胁之类的也算是中肯的吧，如果连统一台湾的愿望都没有了，TG还有脸以民国之后的合法政府自居吗
（但是拿游轮当武器这点我有句妈卖批要讲，俺们大陆武器哪有那么寒碜的啦）

作者以前就是國軍軍官啊 負責在國軍刊物上畫漫畫的
他也有出同人誌 還會在FF擺攤賣本的
他現在退伍了 在連載"燃燒的西太平洋" 主題是共軍犯台喔
這主題就可能真的太直球 超出長官的容許值了
所以就算是他在軍中時就很愛畫些有的沒的 也是要等退伍才能發w

然後這本也不是啥政治宣傳 就跟名字一樣是國防部出的國防報告書
是像大眾報告國防情況的 以前沒有漫畫版 只有給立委和記者看的正式版
漫畫版是最近幾年才開始弄的
