And if English isn't your first language, I'd say go to the forums to hand it off to someone who can edit it, or focus on translations in your own language. Because it's nice to make an effort, but I will mention that something has poor grammar if it does.

Not too bad an effort, but you might want to consider centering and reducing the size of your font to make the text fit well within the bubbles/boxes. Better yet, try using a different font (such as Wild Words, for example).

You might also want to have someone proofread your work. It's not that there are problems with the grammar, but as others have pointed out, the translation sounds rather stiff and awkward.

EDIT: No need to sound so defensive -- I never said your work was crap; it's actually pretty decent. I simply offered a couple of suggestions on how to help improve it.

If you lack personnel to do the carry as you mentioned, try posting your translated draft here: https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showforum=81 You may find a proofreader willing to help you out.

OCR+google translate and Gimp on a crap of pile what I call computer.
I don't speak japan at all, my translator is a bit better. Maybe. Never talk him at person.

My grammar will not improve any soon, our riff-raff translating group has some serious lack of numbers in personnel to do the carry, I just wanted to understand all the stuff in these FAKER hentai, and as I finally made a way to do it, I will share it with all of you.
I am not pro at all. Just a dude. And some of the people looks happy even it's crap.
To anyone who can and willing to do a better job, well, anyone can do a better job than me. But it seems, nobody has ever even think of it, so I found this job for myself.

try using rikaichan for Firefox or rikaikun(?) for chrome. It can help you understand some of the words, and to see if google/bing was right

And go between using google translate, bing translate and romajidesu to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion on the words.

Also, if you want to fill in the bubbles/info boxes nicer in gimp, try these steps

If the box is transparent, follow all the steps, or just skip to step 3.
1. make a copy of the image layer you want to edit
2. Use the Adjust Color levels to brighten (or darken) the copy layer.
Drag the white arrow in the Input levels to brighten or the black arrow to darken.
This is actually a good way to make any OCR reader work better
3. Use the Fuzzy Select tool (Shortcut: U) to select all the backgrounds for the bubbles.
Hold in shift to select more bubbles.
Ignore that the bubbles doesn't get completely filled just yet!
4. Create a new layer. Preferbly transparent
5. Now fill the new layer (with color of choice) by pressing CTRL+, (FG Color) or CTRL+. (BG Color).
The shortcuts might be different for you (you can check them in the EDIT menu).
6. After you've filled your selection with color, click ones in any transparent area (make sure the Select transparent areas box is checked), and then invert the selection.
Now refill the new selection with the same color as before. Now the text will be removed aswell.
