the actual character is the father, not keima himself. the confusion and mix up is somewhat understandable here, so i'll explain some stuff:
- "anata" means you, but is also used to affectionately refer to your spouse.
- "mama" is obviously "mother", yes, but husbands can also use that term for... idk reasons (and vice versa, thus also wives going "papa")

@poke--, she doesn't call him keima in the raw. if you read the translator's note page (the very last page), they clearly state they weren't sure whether she was having sex with the husband or keima and decided to make it keima. it doesn't need explanation- it was a confused mistake, and that's that.
