I think it's due to how popular it is, less know artists or works tend to take more time before someone finally buys and uploads them here. Murakami Suigun works sometimes get uploaded with almost a year of delay over the original release date

True. Maybe Jordi uploaded it first in 2016, didn't like it, took it down and redid the artwork. The work definitely looks better than his (or her) back then.
