Short Summary of the game:
Husband (the MC) lives happily with his wife and he's pretty proud of being the only one she's ever banged. However lately, he suspects her of cheating on him since she's been refusing sex and makes less contact in general. Husband tells his wife he's working overtime, turns out its a lie and he's coming home early to catch her in the act and so he does. He sees a dude banging his wife and he feels extremely insecure, believing that the man is better at sex and that his wife is pretty much a slut who needed better sex. Husband runs the dude out of his house and drags his wife to the living room. Before the wife even has a chance to explain herself he pulls out a divorce form and kicks her out the house.
Time skip a bit, the dude is in his house alone but he doesn't regret kicking out his wife, in fact he hates the very thought of her and even refuses to go back into his own bedroom since its the room he caught her cheating in. So, the husband's busy being pissed in his living room until suddenly he gets a call from his wife's father telling him that the wife cannot be found, husband wants none of that shit and hangs up on the father. However, shortly after the call, he gets mail at his front door. Turns out its his wife sending him a DVD with a letter. In the letter the wife claims that she still loves the husband and begs him to watch the videos she sends in hope of getting the husband to understand. Husband is still pissed but he gives his wife a chance and watches the DVD.
Turns out that the wife accidentally fucked up a yakuza bosses car and has to pay back in either her organs or sex, she chooses the latter. Husband is now rethinking his decision but still questions some of the events that transpired, especially since his wife was clearly enjoying sex with the guy that he caught her with. At this point you get an option but it doesn't really affect much, same with the next option that comes a bit later. DVD comes the next day and the events in the DVD take place 1 week after the previous DVD. Its the wife getting banged again and again, her resistance slowly crumbling away with each successive DVD. The wife eventually seems to start enjoying the sex, the sight of that makes the husband disgusted. Time skip a bit and the DVDs have been coming at the same time every day for a long period of time, its practically the husband's ritual to watch the DVDs whenever he gets them everyday. By this point, the wife is already calling the yakuza boss her master/husband and the MC of course feels pissed and shocked at the betrayal. However the yakuza boss is getting tired of the wife. Cut to the next DVD which is labelled final.
In this DVD the wife is in a gangbang, clearly having the time of her life, there's practically no trace of the pure wife that husband recognized and the husband feel justified in divorcing her by this point, even calling her a slut. However, during the gangbang the boss watches over at and calls the wife out, stating that her slut act is a facade and that she still loves her husband. The wife tries to deny it in order to protect her husband but she eventually gives up. It is at this point the boss offers a deal, fuck every man in the room till they're satisfied and she'll be able to go home to her husband, free from having to pay off the yakuza boss' car damages. Wife agrees and once again takes up her slut persona and actually bangs every man. The boss surprisingly holds true to his deal and sends her home with the promise of never bothering her again. The DVD ends.
It is at this point the husband is happy that hi wife still loves him and he reciprocates these feelings. But he still has one small question in the back of his mind, who was the guy banging his wife on the day that he caught her cheating? Husband goes back into his bedroom, the room not being visited since the wife got caught cheating months ago. In the room, he finds a bag with a camera that was left behind when he ran the dude banging his wife out of the house. The husband plays the latest footage, which was of the cheating incident. Turns out that the man who banged his wife that day was one of the men from the gangbang (or at least someone that the wife had banged during her time as the boss' fucktoy) and the man was blackmailing the wife. The boss had promised to leave her alone but the man decided to go for it and despite the wife's protests against his advances, she caved in to pressure and the fear of her husband finding out that she was tainted. Mid sex with the dude it turns out she's enjoying it because she's practically been trained by the boss to however she still does not desire the man. The video ends when the MC caught them.
The husband is now fully on his wife's side and sees his error of running her out of the house without listening to her side of the story. The husband goes to call the wife on his phone but the father and him are unable to reach her. Suddenly the MC gets a call from the yakuza boss, the MC is wondering if the boss is back to screw him over again. Turns out the boss has some degree of honor since it turns out that during the phone call he was punishing the man who made advances on the wife even though the boss clearly promised to leave her alone. The boss then apologizes to the husband and tells him the whereabouts of the wife. The wife's pretty much been treated like a cum dump in a downtown alley for god knows how long so the husband rushes out to find her, and finally stumbles upon an alley. This is where the choices matter but its only a slight difference, one ending's got a bunch of dudes standing over the wife, presumably banging her. This is the bad end. On the other hand the husband finds her alone in the alley, still covered in jizz and writings and throws his coat on her to cover her up. He then apologizes and professes his love for her again and she does the same. Happy endind.

Chances are that some important details are missing or have been altered due to unreliable translation engines and the fact that I skimmed through a good amount of the game. Feel free to correct anything.

Edit: @苍肥皂, yeah I was actually quite surprised that the yakuza held the promise in high regard. He's still a dick though. As for the summary part, it was meant to be one at the start but it kinda escalated. Sucks that this is one of my shortest 'summaries'.

I pretty much feel the same about the husband. The husband at some points in the game feel like a real dude who doesn't take shit. While it didn't make for, in my opinion, the best ntr, I got a lot more entertainment value out of this game than I expected. And your welcome for the summary essay, I've recently started to do them in the moment. Set out to write a few sentences and make a mini essay in the product. Ended up with over 4,000 words once. Didn't know I could get so passionate over ntr.

The whole blackmail thing was just an excuse from her to fuck other people, if she was actually being blackmailed she would've told her husband or the police. She's obviously going to keep cheating but I guess when you're as desperate for "love" as the husband is you stop caring about whether or not you're being used and just settle for shitty people like this woman.

The whole plot revolved around the wife owing 10 million yen to the yakuza boss for accidentally fucking up his car. She didn't and couldn't pay with money since she and her husband couldn't afford it and the only other payment option besides sex was to sell not only her organs but also her husband's. Plus the entire story pretty much establishes that the wife loves her husband more than anything else. Every chance she gets she tries to avoid inconveniencing her husband and after she's been trained for a month the moment she gets a deal that will get her out of the mess she's in, she takes it and actually pulls through. Plus after she's set free from the yakuza boss, one of his men still go to her and pretty much forces her to have sex with him by tricking her, even after she clearly refuses multiple times. Its pretty establishes that this woman just wants to have a happy life with her husband. The husband is a bit gullible though but he has more sense than a lot of other anime and eroge protagonists.
That's all I can really say on this topic besides the fact that its a ntr eroge and you gotta suspend your disbelief a little.

Didn't really expect the plot but it was welcome. As for the plot not being settled with sex, I don't really see that as a demerit but there's a lot of ntr plots being settled with sex that I can recall. Maybe you need to search more.

@potato1919 Thanks for the summary, this actually sounds like a pretty good NTR plot.

I probably wouldn't consider this "true NTR" given the ending, since it sounds like she is never actually 'stolen'. She's extorted/blackmailed, forced into noncon sexual relations (as clearly evidenced when she is offered a way out), physically enjoys said sex, but the remains emotionally faithful to her husband. The ending is even them getting back together (though the future is left open). In my opinion, NTR is mildly nebulous when the writer does anything even remotely outside the box of "women becomes a slut, leaves everything she knows for sex, and doesn't keep it a secret". A story like this just has that little bit of added nuance, it still invokes those feelings of NTR (and many consider that to be enough) but it's certainly on the more mild side of the spectrum. This sounds along the lines of if Yamakumo's "Closet" had dropped the final sex scene of the main arc, it still wouldn't be a particularly happy story, but the characters would have still found redemption and avoided things going "Full NTR".

Basically, NTR is nice, but I really love me some NTR that offers some actual nuance and characters that end up as more than a means to turning simple blackmail into NTR. This is at least something I need to check out, and I'm now curious what else I can find that's similar. If only it were easier to find things on the various points of the NTR spectrum.
