I really have to question that, since most of the hentai works out there are not NTR and the concensus of the majority of people (on japan and outside of it) is that is a pretty retarded fetish, speciallly for how idiotic the characters are usually written on the original works, and how out of character and how many acrobatics the author needs to make to write ntr on doujins based on other properties.

Add that most of the time, the people doing the ntr are either ugly old dudes, ugly fat bastards, or disgusting pricks which makes most of the readers to simply be put off from the hentai scenes.
