In case anyone's unfamiliar with the series, page 41 features Vivio saying Nanoha's catchphrase, "zenryoku zenkai," which loosely means "full power, full throttle" or something to that effect. Traditionally, Nanoha says this before firing a devastating but nonlethal energy beam that has the effect of turning people gay for her.

The source material hasn't been licensed since Geneon shut down. Only the first 2 seasons have been dubbed.

For those who aren't aware, Vivio is a clone of an ancient magical empress/king(female). (Probably something along the lines of a Holy Roman Emperor, but in space, with magic, and female)

She was created by the villain of "StrikerS" to use as a biological key to activate and control an ancient artifact.

Nanoha adopted her during "StrikerS", when Vivio was 6 and Nanoha was 19.

"Vivid" (which this appears to take place during) happens a few years later when Vivio is 10-11.
