This is a collection of several CGs from a series.

The gist of it is that the MC is an effeminate male who is training in martial arts. His mother (pg. 4-5) just informed him that she's actually his "father" (she's a futa) and that their bloodline is sorta cursed. In short, he'll become a girl if he doesn't impregnate someone while dressed as a girl (oh Japan, never change). So he enrolls into an all-girls school to do just that. That's why there are a lot of pregnant endings, even some endings where he became a girl.

Starting at Page 128 is the sequel, same characters with an additional new girl (the double side ponytails girl). And starting at Page 259 is the prequel to everything, detailing the MC's mother's own story of turning into a futanari, although it seems to branch out the timeline with the multiple endings. The blondie there is the mother (thus original MC's grandma), most likely had impregnated someone but didn't fulfill the conditions to stop the curse from turning her into a full-fledged girl.

Page 424 onwards looks to be a short sequel/fandisk of sorts.

*Just to add that most of what I've written above are what I guessed from the CG and the stuff written in VNDB. I could have likely missed and/or mistaken something in the storylines here.
