I believe he is now the author of a light novel-adapted normal manga, called 虚構推理. That author's name bare similarity with Ocha, and the way he draw girls can't be mistaken, definately the same guy.

Sadly the doUjin of this ghost bunny girl's story stops after ep.4. Wish the author success in real manga industry.
