Or maybe it's because she's a vampire, She actually wonders if Gudao planned this, but concludes that he's innocent and it was her own mistake.

As for the sex, that happens because in her impaired state she ends up Charming Gudao. And thanks to the Servant/Master mind link, Gudao knows all of the places Hinako likes to be touched. Since it feels so great, and Gudao has no input in the matter, she decides to justify it as being no different from using a sex toy. The rest of the pages are just her jumping off the slippery slope. Gudao is following all of her subconscious demands, so she's the one who decided to bang right in front of Xiang Yu's portrait.
