So for those who can't read Japanese, here's a brief rundown on the story.

Let's start from the title: It's "The person I confessed to has a weird fetish and I can't stand it..."

There's the girl (Murakami Miyako) and the guy (Sasaki Shun).

Miyako is a normal girl who confessed to Shun (pg 14-17). Shun accepted with the following 3 conditions:
1. Miyako will turn delinquent
2. Miyako will bully and humiliate Shun during school hours
3. Miyako will let Shun do whatever he wants after school

As you can infer, Shun is a major M (not the physical kind, the humiliation kind of M).

In the second chapter, the teacher noticed their relationship and tries to blackmail Miyako. Shun comes to her rescue right at the last moment. In his monologue, he admits he had initially wanted them to have sex first so that he can have stronger evidence against the teacher. He then ponders what exactly is Miyako to him.

In the third chapter, Shun asks Miyako to hit on random dudes on the street. He assured her that he'll rescue her at the last moment, but he never did. They then broke up.

In the last chapter, Miyako continues her relationship with the random dude. Random dude, however, backs off once his wife started having suspicion on him. At school, Miyako is blackmailed by the other students to have sex (unclear if it continued until graduation). She then cries at pg 94 as she (probably) realizes she still has feelings for Shun.

Shun goes missing with rumours that he's studying at a university in Tokyo. On graduation day, however, Shun reappears and admits to his weird fetish on the school's loud speaker. He claims Miyako have became an existence invaluable to him, and he feels lost and has no purpose in life without her.

Miyako goes to meet him, has apology sex (with the mic still on), and they are later reprimanded by the school authorities and their parents. Shun is disowned by his strict parents, while Miyako is given the choice of either ending their relationship, or leave the house on her own volition.

In the end, they moved to a small apartment and begin life anew.

Personal opinion:

The saddest part is probably page 102, where Miyako apologizes to Shun as her vagina might not be as tight as before (with the loud speaker still on). Bear in mind all these shits start and end with Shun being a dick. She's just an innocent girl hoping for a normal relationship.

It's like watching a vanilla heroine thrown into a NTR story by mistake and it breaks my heart.

TL;DR: An innocent girl is corrupted by a masochistic protag with humiliation / NTR fetish. They somehow forgive each other though, so all's well that ends well in hentai land.
