So... If I understand it correctly, the Main Character was under a fairy curse that make him/her unable to say "no" to whatever sugestion their "couple" may ask that would lead to them getting married.
The fact that he ALSO accidentally swapped places with his doppleganger from an alternate universe where everybody is the opposite sex was an accident [the other was also swapped so the "wish/curse" that "would led them getting married" could somehow happen]. It may even be preventing them from getting "separated" (either only one going to a different world, or even be able to "end" their relationship).

But yes, this is kind of all nonconsensual. I kind of would have left her for a bit and had to think about my life for at least a few months before coming back to her and being okay with it. Definitely not your everyday gender bender story. Most of the time the mc that becomes a girl doesn't have the innate feelings of being comfortable as the opposite sex. Usually the focus of the story is about the mc feelings of extreme discomfort, panic, terror, etc, usually while their former friend rapes the shit outta them.
