This is my first time attempting a translation of this size. This is just a sample to evaluate whether there is sufficient interest for me to continue translating. I have not been paid or commissioned to this. I am simply translating a novel I paid for in my own spare time.

The full novel consists of the prologue and 5 chapters. What has been translated so far is the prologue and roughly 1/3 of the first chapter.

The original source material is a html file. If I were to upload it, I'd have to split the text up into almost 200 pages and then individually convert those pages into jpeg files like I'm doing here. The primary difference being, I don't see the point of doing that and I have no motivation to do it. It would literally just be walls of japanese text which most of the users here can't read.

So the entire first update was in third person, and the second update starts off in third person but then starts mixing first and third person paragraphs. You might want to have a second look at that and look out for consistency going forward.

@Onthorm I made a note of that on page 7. I could probably spend time to change it all into the same tense but tenses in the source material are all over the place because you can do that in Japanese. I'll try to be more consistent in the future though. It's just that certain lines are hard to translate without using first person.

Edit:
To clarify what I mean:
For example, in the original text, the non-dialogue lines where people's names are mentioned are very clearly 3rd person. But, there are certain other lines where Lucio is describing what he is feeling which are very difficult to translate into anything other than 1st person. I realise professional translators can circumvent this issue by doing some rough paraphrasing, but I don't really have any experience on that matter.

Did you know the e-hentai community has resources to lessen your burden? Those are the members of e-hentai's Cove of Scanlators aka EHCOVE. They are recognized by Tenboro and EHCOVE has its own subforum. You can go there to mention your novel and seek help in chopping out a lot of the "chore" or tedious parts of editing. Thus, you'd only do the translation. Editors, proofreaders, QC would be done there by people who don't necessarily know how to translate, but offer their services to do the other things.
