@jangax She is Nao's (mother) friend from school days. In previous game (link in comment#2 by @umwork) You met her briefly when shopping with Nao and Natsuhi (daughter) and she is also attends wedding in one of 2 endings i think. I dunno her role in this chapter, probably same - as a brief cameo.
