This comic is amazing. The only thing I'd say you could improve is the cover. It's rather bland and plain when compared to the amazing work inside.

The thing that bugs me about the cover is how they have normal skintones, but the comic itself has their Equestria Girls skintones. I actually brought this up a while ago to Pshyzo, and his apparent solution was to make alternate versions of the pages to make their skin normal in color rather than just changing the colors on the cover.
