Simple trick to properly clean closed bubbles in PS:
wand tool select the inside of bubble -> random selection tool and hold shift while selecting moonrunes -> select/modify/contract by 2 -> shift+F5 and fill on a separate layer.

I would suggest not using Mouthbreather for anything longer than a single line, especially because it was written in a normal font in the raw.
