I have to say this Netorare was surprisingly a breath of fresh air for me. They didn't use the old/ugly old men stealing the woman away from the man, and they didn't use the old "It's too small it will never satisfy me" line in any shape or form either.

Just two couples, with the more experienced one opening up a door for the less experienced one to experience this sort of thing. Though from what I am seeing it is more one sided on the husband's end than the wife's with that final page.

Netorare (寝取られ) is a sexual fetish designed to cause sexual jealousy by way of having the heroine indulge in sexual activity with someone other than the protagonist.

For a manga/anime/game to be classified as Netorare the following conditions must be met:
1. The heroine either must be romantically involved with the protagonist, a potential romance for him or of someone that the protagonist shares such a close relationship (sister, mother, osananajimi etc.) that jealousy is a factor.
2. Related sexual events are explicitly shown to the player or later described in detail.

In other words jealousy is a key factor here and characters don't need to be actual lovers for a manga to be considered NTR. For example most of hana hook works are about ugly shota stealing mc's mother and making her his btch and they are considered NTR classics.
