while eren never really expressed anything to the effect of 'love' he did care about mikasa and she was the closes female individual he knew so the situation could potential envoke a 'didnt know what you had until its gone' situation because tossing mikasa aside of his own volition is something entirely different from having her taken away

i dont know if your talking to me or the author of the story but again Eren reaches that conclusion of on his own/ personally believes thiss on some level is different from having something close to you taken away.

not only is this from around the first few arc of AOT meaning Eren was still very optimistic and friendly with everyone but more importantly he was still very close to Mikasa and to have her taken away would cause an emotional reaction from him that could make him reevaluate his view of Mikasa. i think my interpretation is very likely especially because thier teenagers and for Eren Mikasa is the only female he know suitable for his affection but his blinding rage towards the titans makes him indifferent to her (think 'shield hero') so losing her would be the exact 'close to home' emotional shock to get him to actually see Mikasa and for an actual opinion of her and with her again being the most prominent suitable female in his life to the point he considers her family love would be the logical conclusion of such introspection

There is a lot of emotional complexity between mikasa and eren. No amount of big dick is gonna change that and I have a hard time believing mikasa would allow this fat man to fuck her regardless of whatever emotional state she was in. And I highly doubt eren would say any of that. In other words this is particularly bad NTR garbage. Don't get me wrong I have seen some good ones but this ain't one of them.
