I recall there being a big fall out where the artist was working on cloud meadow while using the patreon money from the stopped project breeding seasons. He disallowed any of his art from being used in breeding seasons through law so the first project team was screwed over. It was a scummy and messy dissolution.

From what I remember, the real scum was actually the programmer (and I think original creator?), hbomb, who played the victim card and tried to paint s-purple (lead art director) as a scumbag. I can't remember most of the details, but hbomb was just scummy overall and the art director was planning to quit for a long time.

S-purple pulled the plug on the Breeding Seasons (by not allowing further use of his artwork) because he didn't want hbomb to continue leeching off the patreon funds, which likely would have continued if s-purple didn't do what he did.
