To answer a couple questions since I've followed this from the beginning:

@Bay K.W. Arde The first english translation I read was in 2008, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was even older. At least 11+ years old. His art was incredible for the time period it came out.

@kapp85 and @Imuyaoi Basically you see in the final chapter that the other dude who Kazuya works with blackmails Shizumori. He is the one calling her senpai, and she's turned on by the fact she has to keep fucking dudes to keep it a secret from Kazuya that...she's fucked other dudes lol.

@linkCS I agree for the most part, basically the author rewrote the story multiple times. He actually retconned quite a few scenes and moved them around a lot with new scenes to change the plot. It felt like he wasn't sure where he wanted the story to go. In the old version Shizumori freely admits she likes the NTR dude without being 'coerced' into it like in this new version and I think she was going to end up with him. But after the retcon the new story has a lot more blackmail from everyone and Shizumori is more of an innocent bystander who can't help getting into more trouble. She keeps getting sluttier and sluttier until she's basically addicted to the feelings of being blackmailed, keeping secrets, cheating and fucking dudes who know her secret.

She is going out with Kazuya while she keeps fucking the other dude and also the member from the swimming club who works with her boyfriend is blackmailing her into having sex to shut his mouth (the one calling her "senpai" in the last panel).
It ends with her being happy with her boyfriend but also being happy cheating on him, and the boyfriend is happy of going out with her but he kinda feels there is something going on but prefers to think its just his imagination. So she is a bitch and he is an idiot: the end.
