Why are Western artists so afraid of lolicon?

@ozymandiaspoem This is a webtoon, so the artist isn't really western, at least geographically (idk how south korean culture is like). Though this is labeled as a western comic and idk what constitutes something to be western. Anyways, I don't really see how the artist is actively avoiding lolicon and main character expressively saying that main girl is in college is a big strech for your arguement.
