It's been like six years and we're finally seeing GB content on this comic that's tagged GB.

Part of the problem is the time between pages. I'm still commissioning the Skuld one but during the time it took for the third page to come out I built a new computer and during the file transferring I lost the script I had filled out. Since it was a few months and the holiday season was afoot I was delayed a bit in sending details for the fourth page.

Because to me, if you're doing a narrative art comic thingy, you ought to charge for the whole work (with the price obviously being based on the number of pages)

Per page is pretty generous considering lots of artists comm per image and a page is usually 3+ images.

Generous? Well I guess that depends on how you look at it. Considering how many pages have been bought so far, calling this comic expensive would be an understatement. From what I understand each page costs around 75USD. So calling it "generous" is a bit of a stretch. Now to the artist is is a good thing, but to the one buying it, this kind of makes the cost make you wonder if it is worth it. I mean, imagine you want to have a comic created. If say you wanted to have a 30+ page comic... then 30+ X 75USD

When it costs that much, then you'd expect some sort of price haggling right? Say you buy 30 pages, then you get 1 page free?
No such luck here. At least he seems to have somewhat fixed his "harem" commissions. It used to be a LOT more expensive. You had to like pay 10 USD for each additional character.

i seriously wonder how anyone would be willing to pay that much per page but those people clearly exist if jadenkaiba can still afford to charge ridiculous prices
Maybe they could set up a crowdfunding option for each comic? Say, have the initial commissioner pay whatever amount to get started (probably still a lot lol) and then open the comic up to contributions from anyone. Each 75 dollar milestone will earn another page of the comic. I checked their websites and the twins seem to charge only the original commissioners for art.

Hmm, Daveyboysmith has his own thing going on in DA, and is working on his own comics. I'm not sure if this one is abandoned or not, as I think it's become a lower priority for him. I know Jadenkaiba's commission prices are very expensive but I don't think that was the case when this comic first started. Not sure though.

Would love to see this done eventually, as I love the classic mind control/hypnosis trope and having the targets 'work' for the master.
