The subject matter of the pictures is great, it's just a shame it's wasted with sub-par lineart.

If *work harder on your line art* is harsh criticism, then you need both to git gud and grow some backbone. Being a student isn't an excuse.

All the artist has to do is spend a week or two of their free time doing nothing but practicing their line art in order to get smooth lines with no rough edges, and suddenly their artwork would be 10x better.
