Right off the bat on the first page, I notice some typesetting issues-
The font choice is very... nonstandard, though not necessarily bad. That could be an issue for some, but I don’t see a problem with the standard bubble text. The text box font, however, doesn’t quite work. You should look for alternative fonts or ask around the e-hentai forums for recommendations.
On a similar vein, the text in the text boxes isn’t aligned in the middle of the boxes. It’s distracting and looks sloppy, and it should be a very simple fix.

An additional note- if you are not already doing this, you should be:
Always align each word separately within the text bubbles/boxes. Don’t simply add a text box and expect the auto-wrap to look fine, because it never does. Most won’t be too bothered by all but the most egregious examples, but a keen eye can always spot it.

Since the images aren't in color (apart from your watermark) saving as 24-bit PNG (16M colors) is overkill, it only trebles the image size for exactly zero benefit.

IMO even 8-bit is too much when there are screentones like 99%+ of manga, in fact in my edits I usually save in 5-bit (=32 shades of grey) when they're smaller than x3000 or 4-bit (16 shades of grey) when they're bigger...
Just to give an idea of the savings, this release (143MB) saved as 256 colors is 62.6 MB (43% the size), in 5-bit is 35.7 MB (25%), both times without visible loss in quality.
