The idea that PSG ended on a cliffhanger on purpose with no intention to have another season has already been proven false. The creators mentioned in an interview that they not only planned a season 2 but had enough ideas to go into a season 6

I remember being very confused when this doujin came out circa 2016 or 17 lol. Tbh it doesn't hold up super well (Nova ends up here but nothing really happens and also nothing about the demon Stocking from the cliffhanger in here). I much prefer the Season 2 version's plot since it was fun them fighting the giant Stocking from that teaser poster at last
